AM4 Motherboards surface in online stores for pre-order with price and ETA

AM4 Motherboards surface in online stores for pre-order with price and ETA

Everything is in effect for AMD in preparation and in relation to AMD Ryzen processors, with a launch in say 2 weeks time. AM4 motherboards are starting to appear online already, for Pre-Order with prices and an ETA. Below the folkd an overview of ASUS boards.

The motherboards are available February 24 , 2017. The prices listed in the screenshot are Australian Dollars, you would need to count for the high prices of hardware sold in Australia + Vat or ( Tax ) and exchange it to your country's currency to have an estimate ball park price of big online stores.

One of the biggest Australian online stores eyo has the:

  • Asus Crosshair VI Hero AM4 AMD X370 for a price of $380.63
  • Asus Prime X370-PRO AM4 AMD X370 for a price of $245.85
  • Asus Prime B350-PLUS AM4 AMD B350 for a price of $152.50
  • Asus Prime B350M-A AM4 AMD B350 for a price of $128.70

USD and Euro according to today's exchange rate with EU prices ex VAT.

  • Asus Prime B350M-A: $99 / €93
  • Asus Prime B350-PLUS: $119 / €110

I'm not really firm with the pricing in Australia, are those cheaper mainboards than with Intel's chips, or are they about the same? Just curious.

Thanks PrMinisterGR :thumbup: , my F5 keyboard button will ware out in the next few days :D , i keep checking newegg and many other online stores in the US. F5 ... :infinity: , i will pre-order my Asus Crosshair IV Hero X370 as soon as i can get my hands on one of them anywhere asap !

if all prices that appear today are more or less accurate, for me the motherboard will cost more then the cpu. :)
Going for AMD Ryzen R5 1600X with Asus Crosshair VI Hero.
But we shall see.
