ADATA Technology, headquartered in Taiwan, has unveiled the "LEGEND 970," an NVMe M.2 SSD that supports PCI Express 5.0 (x4) connection. This high-performance SSD comes in two capacity options: 1TB and 2TB.
Featuring the Phison "PS5026-E26" controller and 232-layer 3D NAND flash, the LEGEND 970 is designed to efficiently dissipate heat generated by the controller. It incorporates an original cooling solution that combines a micro fan and an aluminum heat sink treated with surface crystallization processing.
The 2TB model boasts impressive specifications, including a maximum sequential read speed of 10,000MB/s, maximum sequential write speed of 10,000MB/s, maximum random read IOPS of 1,400,000, maximum random write IOPS of 1,400,000, and a write endurance of 1,400TBW. Similarly, the 1TB model offers noteworthy performance with maximum sequential read and write speeds of 9,500MB/s and 8,500MB/s respectively, maximum random read and write IOPS of 1,300,000 and 1,400,000 respectively, and a write endurance of 700TBW.
In terms of physical dimensions, the LEGEND 970 measures 24.2mm in width, 80.6mm in length, and 17.9mm in height, with a weight of 57.1g. It boasts an impressive MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of 1.6 million hours and comes with a product warranty of 5 years.
This ADATA "LEGEND 970" PCIe 5.0 SSD offers a powerful combination of speed, capacity, and advanced cooling capabilities, making it an ideal choice for high-performance storage needs.
