Top side then, a 135mm thermally controlled fan spins up as needed, I think it is rated at 1800RPM. The PSU is not really silent though. Its dimensions are: 150mm x 86mm x 180mm. The unit weighs in at roughly 2kg.

The actual OEM of the series is Sirfa HPJ which have been working with Zalman for a while now. Let's go check out the cabling though.

When it comes to wiring we feel that there are enough connectors for this model, have a look at the supplied connectors, all with decent length by the way. The ATX motherboard connector is 55 CM, the Molex and SATA power cables 45 to 90 CM, the 8-pin CPU ATX power connector is at a great length of roughly 65 cm and the PCIe graphics connectors reach a lovely 55 cm as well. That is very nice.

The entire setup is modular, use the cables that you need and disregard the cables you don't need. It keeps the PC nice and tidy without an unneeded flurry-slash-spaghetti of redundant cables. All cables, including the 24-pin ATX cable, are black sleeved type cables.

Just for your reference, above is a table showing the various cable configurations of the Zalman ZM1000-EBT. There's plenty available on this unit.
