The feet are of good quality and the height is just right. With three rubber stoppers that do their job also when the feet are extended, the keyboard won’t move even during more dynamic gaming sessions. In the lower photo, you can see the tapered, sharp corners and RGB light panels that adorn the left and right sides.

The slanted design makes typing on the Patriot Viper V765 much easier, especially with the feet extended.

Media keys have taken over the upper left side of the keyboard. Stop, play/pause, and ff/rewind buttons – that should be enough.

On the right side, there’s a volume ... let's call it a roller. In my opinion, the action is smooth (but not excessively so), and there’s a bit of a tactile feel. 

Above the arrow keys, you can see a (printed) Viper logo. The keys are exposed, so it would seem that cleaning them with a can of compressed air should be enough, but there’s another side to that. The base can get dirty quite quickly. Here you can also see that the keycaps are made from ABS. It’s an industry standard, and you shouldn’t really expect more from a USD 99 keyboard. ABS keycaps can develop a slick or "slimy" feel over time, whereas PBT remains "dry" and grippy-feeling even after extended use.
