So then, here we have the packaging so you know what to look for in the stores. The PSU inside is packaged nicely and protected in a carton box.

The PSU itself is packaged in plastic and the modular cables in a pouch. That's carefully packaged alright.

Delivered with the PSU are the simple basics like power cable manual and screws. As stated, this is a non- modular model. Immediately you notice that the cabling is pretty awesome. Nice thin black flat-cable like wires.

After unpacking, not a dent, scratch or smudge was on the unit. It has a rough matte dark finish, nice black/red theme. The PSU is ready for all current CPU & GPU generations and offers good capacity on it's 12V rails. I'm not a fan of the stickers with Fatal1ty branding though. It kind of destroys the good looks of the PSU. At the front and top side we spot an air vent; it allows for optimal airflow running through the PSU, cooling down its components and keeping them nicely efficient. Also, obviously we spot the power connector and switch.
