Above the cooler, it actually uses six copper based (nickel plated) heatpipes arranged in a C-shape design. The pure copper fins (nickle plated) effectively disperse heat away from the CPU via composite heatpipes, while the 140mm fan quickly cools the radiator for stable operation of high performance CPUs.
When we flip it around we see the heatpipes a little more up-close. Six of them making this product very efficient.
Not a 100% mirror flat finish, there's room for some improvement, though it's _very_ flat and by far good enough.
