Performance - DDR3 Memory read | write
Memory Read test
Obviously we also had to peek at memory bandwidth performance. Mind you that we test at reference 1333 MHz DDR for you to be able to compare. At the time the reference X58 platform was a little slower. Combined with 2000+ MHz memory, the sky is the limit here. We already topped 20.000 MB sec on several X58 platforms and memories. The X58 Classified is no different, in fact it can even chew up 2933 MHz memory (which does not exist - yet).
Memory Write test
The same goes for the memory write tests. Of course Intel dominates here and considering we used 1333 JEDEC memory on that platform, it even shows a somewhat slow number. Triple channel performance on Nehalem is just really good.
