The chassis on the backside does have OK cable routing space, though the backside motherboard tray is a bit closer to the panel than I want it to be. There are several grommet holes as well with rubber inlays and a HUGE gaping holes so you can work properly at the backside on your motherboard to mount new cooling solutions. The rubber inserts for the grommet holes easily fall out. A bit cheap, but once in place it'll get the job done, you however might want to use a drop of super-glue to keep them in place.
At the top you can mount four SSDs at the the backside tray of the motherboard. I think that's plenty, here again if you'd use the four spots your cable routing will get more difficult as each SSD eats away 7mm thick space.
Mounting a SSD storage unit is easy though, you secure it with four screws in an tray and slide these secure on the motherboard tray like shown above. It is a very convenient place to locate 2.5" storage devices.
For HDDs there is one bay that will support (hold) two 3.5" drives, ready to be inserted into the chassis. Installation of the HDDs is really easy enough + they are hidden. So from the other side you cannot see them or the cables.
Here the PSU compartment (right), any ATX PS2 PSU can be fitted up-to a pretty decent size really. I'd say 18cm is very do-able. The PSU will rest on rubberized blocks preventing resonating. And at the bottom there is a mesh protected by a removable dust filter that you can clean out.
