Corsair Crystal 680X PC Chassis Review -
Introduction
Corsair Crystal Series 680X PC Chassis
All your base are belong to us Corsair
Heck yeah, meet the Corsair Crystal 680X RGB PC chassis, which we review. The Crystal series has been a favorite of ours, spacious, dual chambers and fantastic looks can be achieved with it. In the year 2019, of course, a chassis needs a bit of brain and, as such, Corsair added an RGB Node for you to control the included RGB fans with their proprietary iCUE software suite. By doing so they are offering a chassis designed for ease of use, fantastic cable management, good storage options, and downright terrific looks as the side, top and front panels have been fitted with tempered glass.
I think it is fair to state that Corsair went far-out with this one, you will notice tempered glass to the left, front and top as well. Combined with three RGB configurable fans (LL120 RGB) you tag any color design that suits you the best as an RGB lighting controller is housed inside the chassis as well. Then the chassis interior; well, spacious and airflow are two things that come to mind next to a rather exquisite look, feel and design.
The Corsair Crystal is all about visuals with all that glass and, as such, every segment has been designed to hide away the nasty stuff. Cable management on the right side was a challenge for one, but as you are about to find out they solved that in a simple and effective manner by making use of a dual-chamber design. Corsair also hides the HDD and SSD mounts inside that second chamber at the right side (behind the motherboard). Your power supply is nicely covered up there as well. You will spot many grommet holes with rubber inserts and an all-black interior, including dark cables and connectors. This mid-tower sized chassis can house mini-ITX, micro ATX, ATX but now E-ATX form factor motherboards as well. You may mount four SSDs at the back side and three HDDs (alternatively two SSDs) in the slide-in tray located at the motherboard side of the chassis. At the front, you will spot USB 3.0 (x2), USB 3.1 Type C (x1) and 3.5 mm HD audio jacks.
The 680X comes pre-fitted with 3x LL20 RGB fans for improved aesthetics. Extensive air and water cooling options are included as you may install up to 8x 120mm or 7x 140mm fans for proper cooling potential, with room to mount up to four radiators – including one 360mm. It's also equipped with magnetic dust filters on all intake fans which allows for easy building and maintenance.

Anyway, have a peek at the chassis, and yeah... due to that lovely, yet reflective tempered glass, photos in this review are a bit of a challenge, but we're sure you'll get the idea. Have a peek at the Corsair Crystal 680X and then head onwards to the next page please.
Headsets are one of the types of peripherals that Corsair offers (there are also PC components, but that’s not a story for this review). It ranges from budget-oriented HS series (the reviewed one is one of them), then there’s the mid-range Void series, and it ends with high-end Virtuoso. The HS series starts with HS35, and till now, it also contained HS45, HS50, HS55, HS60, HS65, HS70, HS75, and HS80 (some of them had different, wireless variants). We’re checking out the all-new Corsair HS65 Wireless in this review (today is the debut).

Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000 CL36 review
In July, Corsair presented a new series of DDR5 memories: the Vengeance RGB DDR5. The available kits from the RGB edition have a frequency higher than the base 4800 MHz (5200-6600 MHz); the non-RGB version starts from 4800 MHz. We are checking the Corsair Vengeance RGB 6000 MHz CL36 DDR5 kit today. It's in the middle frequency in the series. We already had an opportunity (almost three years ago) to review the Vengeance (Pro) RGB series RAM, but it was for the DDR4; the frequency was 3200 MHz, and it received a "Top Pick" award, and also the Vengeance RGB Pro SL which had 3600 MHz frequency (with CL18) and got the "Approved" award. But let's focus back on the tested DDR5 kit.
Corsair Katar Elite Wireless mouse review
In this article, we review the Corsair Katar Elite Wireless mouse. It’s an optical gaming mouse that was launched today, on 26.10.2022. The Katar model is a new version of the Katar Pro Wireless that was introduced on October 2020. The Katar Elite Wireless is targeted at gamers, but it should also work more than fine as a regular mouse. This time, the optical sensor is not the 10K DPI PMW3325 but a 26K DPI Corsair Marksman. It has 1 DPI resolutions steps, 650 IPS tracking, and up to 50G acceleration.
