Corsair 4GB PC2-6400 DDR2 DIMM Kit review -
5 - Showing some lovin
The kit obviously comes in two. You receive two 2 GB modules so you can utilize dual-channel DDR2 mode. It effectively doubles your memory bandwith.
Details of the modules and timings can be read from a small sticker. You can spot the SKU number and generic info on there. Also info like latencies are displayed. It's good to see Voltages being reported on there as well. A lot of memory producers lack this info.
Here we can see that heatspreader a tad more up-close and personal. The idea is that heat is moved away from the actual memory module and thus this increases potential overclocking.
As you can see, DHX modules have an extended PCB/grounding plane. Corsair connects their heatsink to the grounding plane too. That way the actual PCB is cooled better as well.
You can tell I'm a fan of UV lighting eh ?
You too ? Ah heck, one more photo then ;)
The Corsair K70 RGB Pro keyboard is the one we’re reviewing today. It’s not the first one from the K70 series checked on guru3d. Previously those were K70 RGB Rapidfire Mk2, also in a low-profile version, and as a TKL, so overall, there shouldn’t be any significant surprise as far as the general concept goes. Corsair K70 RGB Pro takes some K100 RGB and (most of) K70 RGB TKL CHAMPION (already mentioned) features. The suffix “Pro” wasn’t used yet, so probably it was the right time for that.
