Cooler Master SK621
Yes, Cooler Master released what can be considered an incredibly petite keyboard that is easy to carry around allowing you to game or work on in a rather premium aluminum finish fashion. A sweet looking pretty cool mechanical keyboard (Cherry switches) that has RGB backlit lit keys based on Cherry MX Red (low profile) with your abundance of lighting animations, of course, the keyboard comes in a sturdy compact design and as simple as it is, it just looks incredible (though I'll immediately acknowledge that taste is a very subjective thing).
Half a year ago Cooler Master showed three low-profile keyboards during CES 2019, two of them already are released however the SK621 not, until today that is. Cooler Master refers to it as a 60% keyboard which has a weird sounding ring to it, but that has everything to do with its size as this puppy is small, really really small as Cooler Master stripped away the numeric, media and function keys (which arguable is the other 40%). There are two other models, the SK631 is a TKL (a tenkeyless keyboard is a keyboard without a numeric keypad), and the SK651 is the full-size model. Aside from layouts, the generic features are similar.
Cooler Master also threw in a bit of a bonus, while the SK621 can be plugged in with the removable USB Type-C cable it can also be used wireless as well, as it offers Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. With the RGB backlighting powered on, you can expect a couple of hours full fragging battery life. With the lights off, you can expect Bluetooth to be up and running for many days on just one charge. The compact keyboard offers onboard controls for lighting adjustments and even some macro creation, however, you can also make use of Cooler Master's Portal Software Application for a more easy GUI configuration. The keyboard is ARMed (pardon the pun) with a 32-bit ARM Cortex processor tied to some memory to save and execute commands and macros. This keyboard offers N-key and 6-key rollover. You will have noticed it, this keyboard has a very slim profile mechanical frame with an intent to balance work and gaming. The Cherry MX low profile switches certainly help out for gaming.
The keyboard feels comfy at your hands. Design wise the forms and shapes are downright sexy with the low profile design, meet the SK621.
Today, we are reviewing two air coolers from Cooler Master: MasterAir MA624 Stealth and MA612 Stealth ARGB. Usually, we had a chance to check the AIO solutions from them, so now it's a good opportunity to study what we can achieve more standardly. This will also be a nice occasion to present two types of cooling architecture, as the MA612 Stealth ARGB is a single-tower, and MA624 Stealth is a dual-tower
