So again, the PSU is modular for all connectors, since you'll be using those anyway, we're good with that. These are all black.

As you can see, there are a massive number of power feeds/connections. Basically, you can hook up six cables for your storage units and PCI-Express graphics card cables connector, you get eight of them (!). The PCIe graphics connectors are each tied to their single own +12V rails with 100A available.

At the front side, we spot a small honeycomb air vent; it allows for airflow running through the PSU, cooling down its components and keeping them nicely efficient. Also, obviously we spot the power connector and the on/off switch. The product remains fairly small with a length of just 16 cm - its complete dimensions are 190 x 150 x 86mm

At the top you'll stumble into a silent fan. The PSU fan is an IP5X-certified 135mm wing-blade fan, a double ball-bearing fan. The Thor is advertised at a maximum operating temperature of just 50°C. However, you can go passive for the bigger part, let's peek at the next photo:

Classic Seasonic is a Hybrid mode, enable it and even at 100% load the power supply fan will remain inactive (passive) for roughly 10 minutes, so with a more normal PC you could run passive all the time. It is a fact that when power supplies are really efficient, they lose less energy, and lost energy is heat. At up-to at least 80% load this power supply remains under 50 Degrees C.
