Game developer Crytek denies to be in financial problems. Rumors appeared over the weekend through website gamestar. In an interview with Eurogamer the studio denies all rumors. Now you can track-back the rumors towards wargaming.net, the studio behind World of Tanks actually tried to purchase Crytek. Anvi Yerli, co-founder of Crytek stated to Gamestar that a potential take-over from Wargaming would save the studio', as it would raise important funds for them.

A day or two ago I showed your this twitter photo from AMD's vice president of channel sales Roy Taylor showed a photo of a box with a new FX processor. The SKU indicates that the CPU is paired with liquid cooling. It is now confirmed that the processors is not new, but in fact the 8-core AMD FX-9590 Flagship Piledriver Processor. The product will now be released in retail likely for a much better price and with liquid cooling.

NZXT announced the Kraken X41 and Kraken X61 liquid coolers, successors to the older X40 and X60 liquid coolers. They carry 140 mm and 280 mm water coolers, respectively. Both the units are built using Asetek's new Gen. 4.5 design which brings support for a variable pump speed. While many pumps can be slowed down through undervolting them, these pumps now officially support it through the software. The pumps can spin at speeds of around 3600 RPM when running at 100 percent.

Russia has let it be known that it will be replacing Intel and AMD processors in government operated computers and replacing them with home-grown Baikal computer chips. The first products will be Baikal M and M/S chips, designed on the basis of 64-bit nucleus Cortex A-57 made by UK company ARM, with frequency of 2 gigahertz for personal computers and micro servers.
