Corsair Graphite Series 600T Mid-Tower Computer
Corsair announced the Graphite Series™ 600T mid-tower case, the latest addition to Corsair’s award-winning range of high-performance computer cases. The Graphite Series 600T builds on the success of the Obsidian Series™ 700D and 800D full-tower cases, by combining the features and performance that enthusiasts demand with a premium standard of build quality. It is designed to accommodate years of future component upgrades, with a USB 3.0 front panel connector and heavy duty latches and panels. The Graphite Series 600T stands out from the crowd of standard mid-tower cases on the market by offering builder-friendly features, optimized airflow, and exciting, dynamic styling.

The Graphite Series 600T incorporates many of the same builder-friendly features from the award-winning Obsidian Series 700D and 800D, including advanced cable management and a large backplate cutout for easy CPU cooler installation. Specific design steps were taken to enable advanced watercooling configurations, including support for a dual 120mm radiator.

Cooling is taken care of by one 200mm front intake fan with an easy-access dust-filter, plus one 200mm and one 120mm exhaust fan. An integrated fan controller allows for flexible control over fans speeds to balance cooling performance and sound levels. Up to six 2.5in or 3.5in storage drives are supported in easy-access caddies, plus up to four 5.25in front-panel devices. The Graphite Series 600T also supports all long graphics card formats, such as the Nvidia® GeForce® GTX 400-series and ATI Radeon™ HD 5970, and will easily fit 3-way SLI™ or CrossFireX™ configurations.

The Corsair Graphite Series 600T mid-tower case is expected to be available later this summer from Corsair’s worldwide network of authorized distributors and resellers. It is supplied with a two year warranty, and is backed up by Corsair’s legendary customer service and technical support.

To achieve these benchmark levels of efficiency, voltage stability, and reliability, Corsair incorporated numerous sophisticated server-level technologies. These include Zero Voltage Switching and Zero Current Switching technology to eliminate switching losses and reduce EMI, and individual DC-to-DC voltage regulation for the 3.3V, 5V and 12V rails. The use of secondary-side synchronous rectification and an advanced 4-layer PCB results in unusually low levels of ripple and noise.

The Corsair Professional Series Gold AX1200, AX850 and AX750 PSUs feature a fully-modular low-profile cable set. This allows the system builder to use only those cables that are needed, reducing cable clutter and maximizing airflow through the PC. All Professional Series Gold power supplies are able to continuously sustain their full rated output at an ambient temperature of up to 50°C, which means that they continue to provide outstanding performance even at elevated temperatures.

Corsair AirFlow Pro Memory Parametric Data Display for Dominator DIMMs
The third product is an announcement of the Corsair AirFlow™ Pro parametric display for select models of Dominator memory. This display reads memory activity and voltage from modules enabled with DHX Pro technology, and presents the data on an outrageously cool LED display that mounts above the memory.

Corsair AirFlow Pro mounts above the Corsair AirFlow fan, and provides a dynamic display of memory activity and temperature for up to six modules. Photos and video of the AirFlow Pro in action can be seen here. Corsair’s signature LED peak meters are used to reflect memory activity by module and memory rank. In addition, LEDs in the center of the display adjust their color based on the measured temperature of the memory module.

In developing AirFlow Pro, the engineers at Corsair created DHX Pro, an extension to the patented, thermally-optimized DHX design, incorporating measurement expertise gained in developing the technology behind the Corsair XPERT line. These enhancements include circuitry to measure multiple memory parameters, and a 5-pin connector, shown in a detailed photograph here, to allow access to the information. The parametric data is collected by a microcontroller-based receiver circuit and processed for logging or display.
