The H60 is designed together with CoolIT, so if you recognise the design that would be why. The cooling setup itself uses that all to familiar low-profile cooling unit design with a micro-channel copper cold plate.

The H60 uses a new cold-plate and (split-flow) manifold design, new mounting bracket, new larger-diameter tubing (higher flow, also more flexible, but same low evaporation-rates as the old ones), new fans and have better Link support.

The fans are based on the SP120, so deliver very high pressure and low noise at a given rpm, compared to the older fans. They are specifically designed for radiators too, unlike the fans you often see with these all-in-one LCs.

The hoses aka tubing  have also been improved, by using a new proprietary rubber material which resists evaporation and allows for the unit to have better flexibility. The hoses have also increased in diameter to 14.3 mm (outside diameter) for potentially improved flow rates. The H60 uses a standard 3 pin fan header for the pump unit, and a 4 pin PWM fan header for the fan itself.

The Hydro Series H60 (2013 Edition) supports AMD Socket AM2, AM3, FM1 and FM2 without needing to install a custom backplate, making the new H60 a great choice for any modern AMD CPU. All current Intel socket formats are covered too, so whether you have a LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA1366 or LGA2011 motherboard, the Hydro Series H60 (2013 Edition) can cool your processor out-of-the-box. The AMD and Intel brackets now magnetically attach to the cooling unit so you no longer need a screwdriver to switch them out.

A quick search shows prices of roughly 65 EUR for the H60 here in the Netherlands. But let's have a look at the product, in more detail.
