Product Showcase
The front panel, top panel, and side doors are made out of ABS plastic and that does give the chassis a bit of a cheaper feel to it. At the top there is space for two ODD units, the lower segment behind the bezel holds the intake fan(s), one included.
The chassis can house up-to two ODD units. You simply remove the cover and slide them in. Everything has been designed in a dark fashion. We see grommet holes for cable routing, unfortunately not rubberized. Realistically though, since this chassis does not have a see-through side panel, not a biggy. As you can see, a good and popular trend these days is to make a big gaping hole in the motherboard tray. This actually is a CPU backplate cut-out which allows you to remove and install a new CPU cooler much easier. Typically you'd need to take out the motherboard to install a new cooler, now you can access it from both sides without that unpleasant experience of removing a motherboard from the chassis.
The inside of the side panels have sound dampening material applied to them. It's no surprise to find that the right panel is lined with a sound-absorbing material as well, absorbing vibration and noise. You can see the material usage in the above photo.
