Intel has rolled out new driver updates, designated as Intel PROSet/Wireless Software 22.250.1 for WiFi and Intel Wireless Bluetooth 22.250.0 for Bluetooth, targeting connectivity issues experienced by users on Windows 10 and 11. These updates can be obtained from Intel's official website. From Intel's release documentation, it's evident that users had encountered network connection interruptions subsequent to the re-authentication process of 802.1x.

These interruptions manifested with Windows System Event ID 5002 or 5005 error notifications. The WiFi driver update has been developed to address and mitigate these disruptions.

The Bluetooth driver update focuses on challenges associated with Bluetooth mice. Notably, users reported erratic cursor behavior when pairing Bluetooth mice with media streaming and Bluetooth headsets. This anomaly was most prevalent when the mouse operated on the 2.4GHz band. Furthermore, the update also seeks to rectify occasional disconnection incidents involving Bluetooth devices.
