June and April...is there an echo in here? He had me at "custom laser-cut motherboard tray." Personally I would go for the April build since I am thinking micro or mini ITX for my next build (long, long overdue btw).

June is the rig i planned in my head. 2 towers, one for pc and one for all the watercooling/fans but in my mind the watercooling tower would be outside in a specially made box.

I voted for March and May. Lots of great ideas and execution in these 2016 ROTM entries, but I liked those 2 the best.
