MIKES sorry, november, but all those unnecessary right angle adapters were the tipping point. meanwhile he said it was worth ~$7k from the custom work! bet your bottom dollar mike could make something even nicer for that amount

Unnecessary is a matter of opinion:banana: I said it would cost around 6-7K to replicate, since there is a lot of CNC machined parts, which for most people costs a lot to get made as they do not exactly just "know a guy". Some guy asked what it would cost, and I replied. There is some stupid high-end components in the machine that is not exactly needed by the average Joe that drives the price way up.

Exactly my reaction as well! Thanks for the votes everyone! Really tough competition and I loved all of the builds. Also very happy to see another Dane in the competition (ottetal) with his insane cramped build. I look forward to seeing what crazy stuff the new year will bring!

Cant reply to your PM as I do not have enough posts ๐Ÿ˜€ So I will reply here: Regarding the many 90ยดs killing flow rate: To be honest, I have built so many watercooled rigs that I have lost count, and have never really seen a performance difference with high flow rate. I have my single D5 pump on setting 1 right now, and the water is BARELY moving around, yet I see no performance increase when I pump it up to 5 (monitoring it with the Aquaero). D5 pumps are beasty, so lots of 90ยดs are not really an issue.

sorry i forgot about the low post count thing heheh i would have just posted here my 655 ranges from ~5-15LPM depending on pressure (my loop is not very restrictive so i just keep the flow rate @p2) so there is a pretty big difference...that being said, higher flow rates are only going to net you a slightly lower idle & a couple degrees knocked off load...so if your temps are fine, who cares! like i said before it looks really sharp, dont mind my joking. my setup is an eyesore in comparison ๐Ÿ‘ฟ
