The whole "Eyes see movement but body / inner ear senses you are stationary" is one of the biggest reasons for motion sickness With being able to stand up and walk around your environment with Valves VR should mostly eliminate that problem, which could be one reason they say it is fixed, but yea, as above, all the extra improvements are definitely going to trick the brain into a much more enjoyable experience

This works for experiences where you are confined to a room sized area, but I'm curious how they will handle moving through a space larger than the room you are in.
