Shadow of the beast, Speedball 2, Xenon 2 (all the bitmaps brothers and the team17 games...), the Origin games (before it was trashed by EA)... Yes it was great. The question is: what will be better, the actual amiga continuation emulating old hardware, the regular PC emulator or this small thing? (not considerating the price of course) I hope to find out when aviable 🙂

I am all over this, now i bought Amiga forever but am far too lazy to put it onto a Ras pi, so this is right up my street, Super cars 1/2, Stunt car racer, Millennium 2.2 and of course Captain Blood. ha [youtube=4S8SI6xd2h0]

ERE i had some older friend there that learn me a lot when i was young... I wouldn't have followed this path if we haven't met at one point. Captain Blood is a french masterpiece (and from EXXOS) . BTW: the sequel Commander Blood is in abandonware ATA ATA HOGLO HULU, ATA ATA HOGLO HULU 🙂

I've got the original A500 with hard drive full of games in a box somewhere. Might have to dig it out. But ... I just installed Freelancer and man its good for an 18 yr old game! edit forgot to mention, Freelancer needs mod(s) to run on modern systems at higher res. Look for Jasons Freelancer patch. Runs fantastic on my ultrawide 5120x1440p monitor.

I bought a 2nd hand Amiga from a junk shop with a big box full of games around 1998. These were the days when your 3.5" floppy disk games came in huge boxes with big fat manuals. I spent hours and hours playing The Settlers, just wish I still had the original box and manual as a kind of keepsake, I think they all ended up in the trash at some point.

I can be interested if we can install more games otherwise is a tough sell. So many memories from my Amiga. And to think i give it away to a friend because i wasn´t using it anymore, so stupid!

if it is miniaturised hardware and you can add things like in an amiga that can be awesome ....but something tells me this will be just a raspbery or a clone in an amiga lookalike case/keyboard just do not go on pre-ordering just like that i would advice 😛

Darn it Muff! ..... now i want to install it too !!!! last time i did was 2013 i still had a dvd drive around now i do not ......and i can not install it ....hmmm i might wear my pegleg to find an iso ....

I gave away / lost / binned all my old consoles and computers. ZX81, Spectrum, Atari ST, Amiga, Atari 2600, SNES, N64. Those are just the ones I can remember of the top of my head. All gone, the only one I know for sure where it went was my old N64, I gave that to the son of a girl I was seeing at the time. True story : A year later she was in prison for manslaughter after stabbing the boyfriend she had after we fell out.
