Proton (their own Wine version) for Steam Play...it would be interesting if they actually got any further than announcing they're doing something and actually achieving the results (well just high fps, no jutter/stutter, 50% shorter loading times, magical other things, running games from GoG) everyone wants to see. Even though €13 Win10 key offers from Guru3D 'affiliates' are very interesting, of course...:D
Valve are apparently working hard on Fox2232

Jims info from his sources is usually pretty accurate. I've been looking at this leak a lot today and it does seem plausible. The core counts because of the 8 core chiplets or CCXs, to the clock speeds and the TDPs given at those speeds. As for the prices..... 😎
Just hope it's not all that far out. Plus Navi looks promising from a price / performance ratio to 😀
Now to get my time machine working again.... anyone got a spare flux capacitor?

Are AMD affected by the thing Intel CPU's are, where disabling HT on Intel is one of the remedies ?
edit : It would seem not.

My oscillation overthruster is still fine, I just keep blowing flux capacitors - must be a short somewhere 😕
Thanks for looking though 😉

Damn, with how this looks and if accurate, AMD is really hitting hard for the coar warz and <3 dem jiggahurz if true or even close. Heck, looking at this spreadsheet makes my 2600 look "meh" at best.

Responding to multiple sceptic people here:
AMD has shown, with EPYC 2, that it has the technology to do it.
Zen 2 is a different architecture and both Lisa and Mark said 7nm was crucial for what they wanted to achieve for 2019.
If they removed the I/O from the core and are doing chiplets for EPYC 2, there is no other way of building Ryzen 3000 as the cores have no I/O themselves.
The top binned chips go to EPYC, the next ones should go to ThreadRipper, and only the rest for Ryzen.
As for people shouting "we don't need 16 core CPUs": you're totally free to stay with your 4c/8t 5Ghz "monster" for as long as you'd like to.
If a person just wants to game casually and login to facebook, the can pay 100 USD and buy a 6 core CPU.
If, on the other hand, they want to render some stuff and not pay a fortune for an 8 or 10 core CPU, they can just buy these new 8 to 10 core CPUs.
For enthusiasts that don't want to pay that premium for a TR motherboard or have the need for up to 32 cores, and still want to game on their working system, they can get 16 cores on the small AM4 socket and have a PC for many years.
If the rumours are true, I'll get myself a R5 3600.
I want a good and affordable upgrade for my ageing i5 2500k, both for gaming and some productivity stuff as I render some videos for youtube.
And I can't wait to know if the Navi rumours are true too, I so want an RX 3070!

To me this leak sounds just as real as the AdoredTV's NVidia RTX leaks from August.
His RTX leaks:
RTX 2080 being 50% faster than the 1080 (actually it's more like 30%).
RTX 2070 having 7GB of VRAM (actually 8GB) and being 40% faster than a 1070 (also more like 30%).
GTX 2060 having 5GB of VRAM (while 2060 doesn't exist yet, I don't believe this at all, I'm betting on 6GB like the 1060).

Well if this is true or even close to being accurate im holding off my cpu and m/b upgrade and will now wait for AMD , i would so love to support AMD again after all the money i've given Intel over the years , how nice would it be not to have to keep changing m/b ,Fingers crossed for AMD .

Techpowerup just released their own leak with different screenshot form one of the users.
But most is accurate to AdoredTV! 🙂 Excpet the Ryzen3 core count. In this link they seem to be 4/4 or 4/8 cores. But most importantly Ryzen 5,6,7,9 info seems to match!
