gtx 960 may be perfect for my Game streaming rig. Id get 2 960 for my main rig if they werent weak 128bit. It has a gtx 650ti right and does quite well at 1080p. But most games are on medium settings.

No they wouldnt they charge and arm and leg for those gpu and people still buy them.

Not me.... I trade old hardware at a local shop for them....lol
