Running an R7000 still, but i can tell you it's the first and last Netgear Router i owned once it dies or needs replacement. It's that there is an alternative Firmware from Xwrt, because the default firmware is HORRIBLE!

the OS is really limited ...based their sites, so far the supported product only R1 (their own router) , netgear XR500 and XR700 well i guess its not like dd-wrt or tomato, that open-source more likely they want licensing model from router maker

Netgear could me one for free and I still toss in the trash can especially with that Duma OS what a joke it is vs Asus WRT UI I even like the Asus Rapture UI way better
