you have to hand it to Intel. they know the audience even if they cannot yet deliver the goods... their marketing always has been good... "alchemist", "Battlemage", "Druid", "Celestial"... very WoW or DOTA

'Frictionless gaming', when the words 'smoother' or 'faster' are a bit to common.

Frictionless could mean it will run 20 fps smoothly.

imagine a system with AMD CPU and intel GPU something never happened before πŸ˜€

As a PC Gamer, I never would have tough that Intel would save the GPU market... Really hope these are good enough.

but can it run Crysis?

I'm looking forward to it. Intel's Linux drivers are great and they still bring updates to chips as old as Sandy Bridge. If they can deliver a 4K GPU for a reasonable price, I'll probably get one. I'm feeling doubtful of availability for this first generation, which is fine because being a first-gen product, it will likely have some issues.

RDNA2 isn't a cool name, never will be. However, arc is definitely a rubbish name.

Intel windows drivers are horrendous. Even if the hardware is good the biggest challenge will be the software for them.

they can call it barbie's dream house for all i care if it performs well and is decently priced it might end up getting my money :P

I never thought this day would ever come to say this but.....................................................................I hope INTEL succeeds with this product. Due to the mining INTEL has an almost guarantee not to flop on this venture.

INTEL's "arc" I'm guessing Raja is Indiana Jones?

The "Alchemist", "Battlemage," "Celestial," and "Druid" GPU series names are super cheesy. I'm 100% certain Raja Koduri himself came up with those names. AMD's geographical/astronomical and Nvidia's historical scientist/engineer names are quite a bit more stylish in my personal opinion.

But will it really mine crypto! πŸ™‚
