Welp, I disabled the TPM 2.0 on my system so that way, I will not get the Windows 11 update. Now mind you, it gave me the option before and I said no so......

Oh frack boy, yes it does, the 3770 K does not. Now please learn to shut up before making an ass out of yourself. I kind of feel like swinging a sledghammer on you "know nothing but that doesn't bother me" types. 11589 posts ? Maybe talk less and learn more.
Chill, no need to be hostile, just show the relevant information, that's more than enough to correct someone.

it doesn't.
The Intel website does indeed show the non-k variants to have vt-d support https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/65719/intel-core-i7-3770-processor-8m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz.html K model doesn't https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/65523/intel-core-i7-3770k-processor-8m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz.html

vt-d has little to do with virtualization based security, its for host to guesst pass through and makes available Kernel DMA protection on processors that support MBEC. The 3770 does not support MBEC and will do VBS in an emulated form with the performance hit that goes with it. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/device-experiences/oem-vbs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/device-experiences/oem-hvci-enablement https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/central-libraries/us/en/documents/intel-virtualization-technologies-white-paper.pdf
