Thank you for keeping the option to change skins. Personally I find the new one very ugly.

Nice nice!! 😀 BTW... MSI GTX 980 Gaming Support coming? Control all fans? The old MSI control only one fan in the card.
Just confirmed 4.1.0 DOES NOT control both fans on the MSI Gaming GTX 980. Its works just the same as 4.0.0. only controlling one fan. Don't know why they couldn't have incorporated that into it. But the MSI VGA Fan Control Utility "Independent Fan Control" app does work very well on the MSI Gaming GTX 980 (available on their website). It allows you to control each fans speed and set them independently to whatever speed you want. I use it and Afterburner together all the time. Does seem like they could have integrated this function into AB 4.1.0 though. :bang:

Funny the new skin looks like EVGA Precision.

I really wanted to use this as Prec Xs interface is just nasty in a lot of places. Alas there is no negative temperature reading support in AB unlike Prec X which does read negative temperatures. Oh well back to Prec X :-(

Good one, never even thought of that. LN2/Dry Ice cooling ? Anyway, Alex will read this thread so he'll likely make a mental flag when he reads this. Perhaps over time he can add that feature (if do-able).

Chilled liquid (down to -30c) http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/showthread.php?t=363597&page=24 I'm hoping Alex does add support , i'd be so happy i'd make a donation lol. This is all Prec X has going for it over AB and them trying to make it different to AB has just made it harder to use.

Probably you could at least search before telling what developers could do? It was discussed MANY times. And no, there won't be special fan control for dual fan cards like that. AB is a driver based fan control software.

It is not a problem to add visual indicator for negative temperatures in main GUI. Actually negative temps monitoring works fine on the graphs, the only place where it cannot be displayed now is main window GUI.

Looks great, look forward to using it. Well done to Alex, certainly spurred him on to show evga who the daddy is lol.

Hi Alex, thanks for monitoring the comments, appreciate it. The issue i find is if the cards have negative temperature ( they are around -23c idling then on startup AB will not show GPU temperature 1 or GPU temperature 2 in the components you can select for the graphs. Its like its caused an error so hence its not availble then for the OSD or monitoring from then on) If i stop the pumps, wait for temps to rise above 0c then start AB it will work .. i can then see the temperature options but its a little dangerous stopping the pumps to make that work.

Probably I have searched and done significant reading on this card and its fans issues, since I own one. And Mr Moderator - I was responding to a post by a different user who asked about it the 980s fans. That was not a message to the developers. Specifically I said "Does seem like they could have integrated this function into AB 4.1.0 though." I hardly think any developer is going to take that as me telling them what they COULD DO. You should pay a little more attention to detail if you want to call someone out. But sorry for discussing aspects of a topic on a discussion forum. How silly of me.

Probably I know what is documented and where because I'm developer of MSI Afterburner and I commented your question numerous times myself.

Since when I updated my R9 295x2 BIOS to an uefi gop one, I lost the ability to monitor / change the voltage and to set the target temperature of the card using the msi afterburner. It works only when I change back to the default bios of the card (but I lose the fastboot / full uefi support). Is there anything I can do to enable these features back, or is it something that needs to be updated in the program?

There is no support for voltage control with GOP BIOS. Cannot promise that it will be supported one day.
