2 Years waiting which is a huge slap in the face, and then banning for using Mods.

Yes there is http://assets.vg247.com/current//2014/11/fov.jpg
Bar indicates it is maximum FOV, and even while blurred, it is clear that it is console based FOV where people watch TV from longer distance so it is like 45~60°. I personally play around 90° in most of games and quite often 120°+ in competitive shooters. Imagine playing with oculus which has 110° FOV and having there stretched 60° image, you'll be nauseous in minutes and similar effect can people have if close to screen or if screen is too large.

What game doesn't though? Rockstar servers cannot tell if someone is using a mod for visual purposes, or cheating purposes. I will admit though, Rockstar should have made it so you can't even go online with mods enabled to avoid this situation.

Fov mods should be allowed I triple screen in most games, does that give me a 'bannable' advantage ? They need to pay more attention to pure hackers and ban them instead

They should integrate more fov values into the game, there's no reason to limit that in the first place.

Given on how popular mods were in GTA IV, and how much the game was delayed, I was expecting it to have some kind of mod support, like a mod manager. Plenty of games have a mod manager now. And it's not like they're milking the game with cars DLC and stuff, so I don't get it.
