I did also not notice any stutter with the same setup and 8 bit set globally. Maybe it's down to your individual configuration.
Thanks for checking. Was this with 60fps video?

If you think green team is bad the red team is worst.
Has been a great experience so far

thats nearly all of the widespread issues taken care of now.
Known Issues [Deathloop][HDR]:TDR/corruption occurs in the game with Windows HDR enabled. If this issue occurs, toggle the Windows HDR setting. [NVIDIA Control Panel]: After overinstalling the driver using express install when GPU scaling is enabled, the 0.59x upscaling factor is missing from the NVIDIA Control Panel scaling resolution list (Display > Change Resolution page). To work around, disable and then re-enable GPU scaling. Alternatively, perform a clean driver installation. [Battlefield V][DirectX 12]: The game may crash with HDR enabled. [3353767] To work around, enable HDR from the Windows display settings before launching the game. YouTube: Video playback stutters while scrolling down the YouTube page. [3129705] Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 may display graphical artifacts. [200754013] Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed may crash on courses where players drive through water. [3338967] Not quite

When did this issue appear for the first time?
Last best driver was the 457's, from then on the DPC latency became an issue

Nastya:

Curious; does the MPO issue also occur on 10bit color displays with its respective setting in Windows?
Unless they changed it in this driver, Nvidia doesn't support MPO with 10bpc, which is why switching to 10bpc has been used as a workaround to 8bpc.

I know when i had my 1080 ti sli, the 457s were the last driver set i used, anyone after was horrific. Since i got my 3090 this is i think the 3rd driver release, i havent had any issues thus far but i attribute that to have something SO over the top nuts that really nothing can hammer it as such.. jmo.

That's a horrible one. When you first see it you honestly think your graphics card is busted.

those aren't widespread issues.

Go through nvidia forums. Plenty of posts about people getting B(lack)SODs and their pcs are rebooting. Spread across 20s, 30s if not even 900 or 10 series gpus. It might not be that wide spread as the dpc latency and write disk, but definitely not uncommon. P.S. People even replaced their hardware and still have the issue. I didn't replace anything just cranked my powerlimit from 85% to 90% on my 3090 and i haven't seen the issue in over 100 hours of usage / gaming.
Issues that arise only when undervolting are not valid issues.

Curious. After upgrading to Windows 11, I was getting a black screen of death in a particular game on GTX 1070. Some crash dumps even showed some nvidia items. I didn't know what the problem was, and thought maybe it was just a Windows 11 issue.
Completely different thing, the 30 series users are having their GPU's crash into protection mode due to starving the chip of voltage through various means - or have an undiagnosed PCIE bus issue.

Its not even really a driver bug, its a flaw in the game itself that was previously worked around (and doesn't occur in D3D12)

Does this driver include the doom eternal hotfix from a while back?

Very good driver 🙂 , no problems to report using rtx 3090 on the games i play ( Forza Horizon 4 , Cyber punk 2077 and RDR ) . No problems at desktop. I hope we can get a performance driver soon as 3dmark benchmarks scores went down a little but nothing to worried about.

The DooM Eternal issue was caused by invalid memory access in the client process, its presently being worked around via a profile setting if iD hasn't fixed it themselves already.
