No, thanks especially considering shitty drivers they have. My eyes are on Nvidia 3080. These new Radeon cards are like 18 months late.
Biased ignorant fanboy - a strong combo.

AMD won't miss you, neither we.

Well, he's not wrong about the drivers, and since these will be competing with Ampere, and will be lucky to be faster than a 3070, he's not wrong about them being 18 months too late either. Me thinks you're the ignorant, biased, fanboy.

Keep propaganda spreading. The site is called Guru3d supposedly, neither Nvidia3d nor Intel3d. Many of you here see AMD like the plague. I won't buy your opinions ever, worthless as they are.

AMD drivers are so bad that GN actually did a piece on it. Navi couldn't even beat Turing in perf/watt even with a process advantage and no RT hardware. You better believe that Nvidia on 7nm+ with a new architecture is going to make this look just like Polaris/Vega vs Pascal. I'm not spreading propaganda, you're trying to gaslight people with the same unrealistically hopeful AMD fanboy BS that ends up being wrong every single generation. They'll only be my opinions for a few more months, when they become facts that you were wrong about.

GN,J2CENT,TECH EPIFANY just lol those 3billions from INTEL is sweet deal and that is the reason 10 years now for hardware reviews and other news only GURU3D. Also when i am hearing for bad drivers and slow products i wont all of you to imagine Amd with 258,52 billions stock market value or even 151,34 billions imagine that... Sry for my english not my native.

I know this is only just a rumour, but I really hope it has some truth. The high end is screaming out for competition.

Enough. This isn't a topic or a forum to bash a company. Do it somewhere else, not here.

How am I bashing a company by giving an accurate depiction of the current state of a product? You sure do get butthurt whenever anyone shows an AMD product in a negative light. I have no idea how you've been a mod for so long. You're complete sh!t.
There's ways to comment on driver quality and be on point, and then there's ways to just be whining about something that doesn't even affect you. You're presently in the latter.

You guys are like some sort of Affirmative Action for AMD GPU's.

Why are people such a buthurt. Instead of being glad rtx3070 wont cost 550$ they are annoyed amd will have competing cards, meh.

This. Loyalty to a tech company is silly. It's a constantly changing environment, and from consumer standpoint you should go with brand (doesn't apply to Apple fanboys) that offers the best bang for the buck. I think this year will be very interesting for that reason. AMD/NVIDIA/Intel will all compete, and we may see competitive products in all segments.

I'm not sure it won't, NVIDIA currently produces larger chips. They are more efficient sure, but they are huge comparatively. So going to even smaller and more expensive process, I can't imagine them dropping their prices, at least not for top of the line offering. Similarly, these cards from AMD are also going to cost a lot more, as they will be presumably larger.

*munching on a boulder of salt. Hey, those cards will be X and will deliver Y and will cost Z. Let's wait and see.
data/avatar/default/avatar29.webp
people talking of cards destroying a 2080 are missing some point. I m an average consumer, i bought 2 years ago a 1080ti, still new. I won't spend 800eur ( current price i could find on amazon ) for a 2080super. 5700XT for around 450 is not a worth upgrade from a semi new 1080ti. So those cards bring for me new options. What can i buy today for around 500$ or 600$? what can i buy with 600$ of nvidia/amd product when those are out? That is the difference. I do not care if the new round of 1000+ eur cards are extremely strong nvdia or amd, because i won't buy them.

^^ I understand your point other than thinking the average user is spending $500-600 for a gpu.
