MSI GE66 11UH Raider 4K Win10 - Brightness controls broken in discrete graphics mode. Stuck on lowest brightness with no way to increase brightness. Reverting to 471.41 fixed the problem (I haven't tried any drivers more recent than that). Intel drivers up to date. Clean driver install did not help.

Some games in your bench were slightly higher while some were slightly lower. You contradicted yourself when you said performance was lower across the board.

Entirely flat frame time graph in Far Cry 6 is weird too (actually impossible). So apparently something was changed between running the different games.

So it may have just been the fresh install but this driver is giving me a much smoother Halo Infinite experience than I had on 497.09 much less stutters and was having weird texture glitches on .09 (clearing shader cache didn't fix them) and played 5 hours tonight with no issues., seems like a fine driver.

I did a DDU install of these and Im getting huge stutters/lags in BF 2042 and Minion Masters after. Not sure why. Disabled Gsync/Vsync and didnt improve. Like Minion Masters pretty much freezes for several seconds.

Finally Nvidia managed to fix my resolution reset on reboot in Windows 11, on RTX 2080 S. It took a while Nvidia!

Had some really bad stuttering on Borderland 3 with this new driver. Maybe it was just new driver/shaders loading or something because it cleared up after about 10 minutes. Still strange though as it's usually butter smooth.

What do you aspect from the January drivers over this new driver? If they not work well you go back to 472.12 again ? 🙂
