RavenMaster:

If anyone is using a RTX 3000 card with a LG C1 OLED, do not install this driver its buggy as hell. If you install it and turn off G-sync then attempt to turn G-sync back on again, it will not enable. I've tried restarting, powering off the PC completely then attempting to re-enable G-sync. The tick boxes in the Nvidia Control Panel just jump back to being empty after you check them and click apply. Using DDU and re-installing the previous driver fixed the problem.
Hm. Looks like something is broken with G-Sync (compatible?) and this 511.65 driver indeed. I noticed when toggling Gsync Windowed and fullscreen after installing the 511.65 drivers in the Nvidia Control Panel it didn't have the usual delay when applying the setting. I started a windowed/borderless full screen game, G-Sync doesn't work, but it does in proper full screen. This issue exists on on my RTX 3090 + LG OLED CX (connected via HDMI 2.1), GTX 1080 Laptop with built-in screen and RTX 2080 with Philips Momentum 436M6VBPAB VRR Monitor (connected via Display Port 1.4), so it doesn't seem to be related to an architecture or certain monitors. All three systems are on the latest release version of Windows 11 with all the latest patches. Update: Setting G-Sync to Full Screen and Windowed in Nvidia Profile Inspector and restaring Windows fixed it for me and G-Sync is working properly in Full Screen and Windowed/Borderless modes on all three systems with the 511.65 driver again. Seems the Nvidia Control Panel G-Sync Settings are wonky in this 511.65 driver package for whatever reason, but Nvidia Inspector seems to set them properly still.

Son's Optimus laptop with GTX1060 is still broken with these. Beware. Had to go into safe-mode via pressing power button 5 times and then going through the recovery menu to boot into safe-mode and then wipe the driver with DDU, same with the last driver. Works fine on my GTX1070 desktop.

Awesome drivers. No problems to report. This driver fixed my pixelated aa/af problems on forza horizon 5 ๐Ÿ™‚ . God Of War plays great on this driver too. I'm happy !

[NVIDIA Ampere GPU]: With the GPU connected to an HDMI 2.1 audio/video receiver, audio may drop out when playing back Dolby Atmos. [3345965] when NVIDIA?? when is it gonna be fixed already???

Seems to have fixed the stuttering issues I was having with 511.23 In fact, these seem to be smoother than all previous drivers.

If your panel is from LG, that has been an off-and-on issue for a while that LG only decided to keep band-aiding it.

They are very smooth, silk smooth when I look around in Destiny2 traveler map ๐Ÿ˜€ EDIT: been playing for the last 4hrs and they're definitely a lot smoother and faster in heavy action then older 511.23.

Hi guys, Is there anyone else here who still uses GTX 1080 Ti or GTX 1080? is it worth it to update to new drivers, who has old video card? Have you noticed that newer drivers are worse for older video cards?

Nothing wrong with new drivers. Not only they contain lots of fixes for all sorts of games they also provide security patches.

Depends if you are using an older OS than Windows 10, they are no longer supported.

How exactly do I turn GSync on in Nvidia Inspector? I attached a pic of it below. I mean, I could probably guess how to do it myself but I wanted to know exactly what you did so I make sure that I do it right. Thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hello everyone,Is it not possible to turn on sharpening for individual games on the new driver now, I don't like global sharpening:(

I have the same problem with G-Sync with those. AOC CU34G2 screen. With that driver G-Sync does not work anymore. Tried reinstalling with DDU but did not help. Had to revert back to previous release. RTX3080
