ESport is turning everything into silly gimmicks.

I don't think mechanical keyboards with RGB lighting are gimmicks. Mechanical switches actually feel better and respond better. The per key lighting allows me to customize the keyboard for a game, which makes it easier to find certain keys. This is especially true for games like RPGs and flight sims that use lots of keyboard shortcuts. I usually color the keys blue. Then I group keys by function using a specific color. One for disruptive keys (like showing menus), one for movement, one for weapon functions, one for activating skills, etc. That helps me find or avoid them in cases where I'm not sure. It works for me and I love it.
