Eww...I can't stand that green. Users should have the choice of color of that screen based on their chosen theme. Maybe even make it random.

As mentioned already - this is only for "INSIDERS" so that MS can easily distinguish between the current build and beta builds. It's still very much a BSOD for the masses.
