@Glottiz should have said "in physics", as heat transfer didnt change, so as long as the whole cooler is made from copper, even the most low end LC will have better heat transfer. @Yogi if you dont go and "buy the next LC card you can find", never had issues getting cards on avg ~100$ over the aircooled version. just the fact that it will boost higher/longer over anything air (short of external setup right under AC cooling), especially for the bigger chips (xx80/xx90), will make up for the price difference. ignoring that most brands will bin their chips, and using it in cards with a full block, again having impact on the price, but also increasing fps over the "cheaper" models, without requiring (added user) oc..
