@nizzen honestly if we are talking purely for gaming 12700 ddr4 or 5800x are the celling everything else is to much money for VERY little gain or no gain. If the computer does more than gaming then yeah he can look for a 12900 or 5950.

Not everyone care about most value for the money. Some want most fps for the money, and some want most fps money can buy. Both is ok 🙂 Some even want most fps per watt. 12400f is a strong competitor here. Atleast with cheap 4800mhz hynix ddr5 that overclock like crazy 😀
