ZALMAN announced the "CNPS16X" series of dual fan-side flow CPU coolers equipped with an addressable RGB LED function, it's based on a 4D fin design, likely it'll enter a new 4th dimension.

The CPU cooler has dual fans, a thin heat sink is placed between two 120mm fans. Addressable RGB LEDs are built into the top cover and the cooling fan, and the color and light emission pattern can be controlled by the functions of each motherboard. Cooling fan speed is 800 ~ 1,500rpm ± 10%, noise level is up to 27.0dBA ± 10%, air volume is up to 49CFM, static pressure is up to 1.21mmH2O and bearing is EBR bearing. The product comes with a high-performance thermal grease "ZM-STC8" (1.5g) with a thermal conductivity of 8.3W / mk.

The heat sink uses a three-dimensional wave-type fin called "4D Stereoscopic Corrugated Cooling Fin", and the heat radiation area is expanded by about 15% compared to the general fin shape. In addition, the cooling performance is enhanced by the design of 170 airflow paths that allow efficient air passage and four heat pipes of the direct touch type.

The body size is 140mm wide, 100mm deep, 165mm high and 880g in weight. The main body color is black and white, and the platform supports Intel LGA115x / 2066 / 2011-v3 / 2011 and Socket AM4 / AM3. Prices and availability is TBA.
