Square Enix Unveils Patch 1.1 for Forspoken Game: Enhanced Performance and Graphics Details

Square Enix has launched Patch 1.1 for its game Forspoken, which includes various enhancements to performance and graphics details in select parts of the game, alongside bug fixes. 



The patch notes report that the latest update brings several performance optimizations to the game. While the actual performance may vary based on the user's PC hardware, Square Enix guarantees up to 30 percent performance gains. The developer reduced processing load in specific parts of the game by as much as 70 percent, and also decreased VRAM usage, resulting in enhanced performance gains.

In addition to the performance improvements, Patch 1.1 has multiple graphics enhancements such as brightness, contrast, and HDR adjustments at the beginning of the game. The patch also includes lighting and ambient occlusion changes, improved glare filter quality, adjusted texture and shading for some objects, and more. Square Enix has also resolved the flickering screen issue with AMD Radeon RX 570 or RX 580 graphics cards, and other minor problems, while introducing several miscellaneous fixes and feature updates. Overall, the new patch promises a better gaming experience for Forspoken players.
