SilverStone NT09-1700 low-profile CPU cooler for LGA1700 (with a total height of 45 mm)

SilverStone offers a low profile CPU cooler called NT09-1700 for LGA1700. It may be placed in compact PC cases such as thin PC cases and Mini-ITX cases when internal space is restricted by reducing the overall height to 45 mm.

A round-shaped 92mm silent fan is chosen for the cooling fan to provide both cooling performance and silence. The heat sink is made of extruded aluminum, the cooling fan rotates at 500 to 2,500 rpm, the air volume ranges from 5.6 to 46.4 CFM, the static pressure ranges from 0.18 to 3.14 mmH2O, and the noise level is from 13.6 to 32.5 dBA.

The fan is 95mm in width, 95mm in depth, and 25mm in height, while the CPU cooler measures 96mm in width, 96mm in depth, 45mm in height, and weighs 225g. While we're not certain about the acoustic quality, the unit costs just 20 USD.

i guess this is oem stuff, it isn't even cheap, there are chinese heatsinks that at least are heatpipe based for less money

This must be something like max 45W TDP, because the AMD box cooler Wraith Stealth is larger then this and that was too noisy for my 5600g locked at 45W mediacenter.
A old Intel box cooler with the copper core or heatpipe core would beat this easily, but I guess this is all about cost.
