Seagate launched its latest Seagate IronWolf Pro 22 TB conventional magnetic recording (CMR)-based hard disk drive (HDD) at the NAB 2023 conference.



 Boasting Seagate's AgileArray technology, the IronWolf Pro HDD delivers unprecedented network-attached-storage (NAS), direct-attached-storage (DAS) performance, and RAID reliability in multi-bay and multi-user environments.

With an impressive 550 TB/year workload rate, the IronWolf Pro 22 TB HDD is engineered for commercial and enterprise NAS users, providing seamless storage, sharing, and collaboration of large data over a network. The drive also features an SDR of up to 285 MB/s for effortless file sharing, backup, and handling heavy workloads in multi-user NAS environments.

Additionally, the Seagate IronWolf Pro 22 TB HDD has built-in rotational vibration (RV) sensors that offer RV mitigation, ensuring consistent high performance and reliability in multi-bay systems.
