While some custom models with triple-fan cooling systems might surpass AMD's standard reference design, it's expected that AMD AIB partners will offer factory-overclocked models in their higher-end variants, such as Sapphire's NITRO+ lineup.

Sapphire's past releases include various designs, most notably the RX 7800 XT / 7700 XT NITRO+. This model features a triple-slot, triple-fan cooling system and a large heatsink with eight heatpipes. Its VRM has a robust 14-phase setup, complemented by a 14-layer PCB. Additionally, a dual BIOS function enhances the card's features. The product range also covers the Sapphire PURE series and the more cost-effective Sapphire PULSE series.

Sapphire's Radeon RX 7800 XT MBA is set to launch with a retail price of $499. Exclusively available on AMD's official online platform, the MBA design is standardized across both AIB and AMD channels. Although the exterior design remains consistent, it's important to note that the essential components are uniform across all MBA cards, whether acquired from an AIB or directly from AMD.

The availability of the AMD MBA RX 7800 XT series from other manufacturers is yet unclear. Present information indicates that only Sapphire offers this reference design. It's worth noting that reviewers are currently evaluating the AMD MBA RX 7800 XT design, with findings to be disclosed the day before the official product launch.
