The Radeon RX 6600 XT is likely to be unveiled by AMD soon. Based on a Navi 23 XT GPU and 8 GB of gddr6 this is a mid priced video card. Photos now appeared on Baidu, but have been deleted ever since.

It's a two-fan card with two expansion slots in thickness. It seems that the reference card is unlikely to be offered as a retail model. Two thermal pipes show on top, however, they regrettably do not get a nickel finish. The '6600XT 8G' sticker with a QR code reveals that it should indeed have 8 GB of RAM. A 128-bit memory bus with an infinite cache of 64 MB is also anticipated from the memory. 2048 shading core can be expected from a fully enabled Navi 23 XT GPU.

Another screenshot (looks to be of the same source) shows a reference result from Ludashi, a relatively unknown piece of benchmark software. It scores 599007 points, slightly more than the RTX 3060 Ti and oddly better than the RTX 3070 Ti. The 6600 XT has not yet been launched but mid-august seems plausible.
