PNY Releases CS900 960GB SSD

PNY Releases CS900 960GB SSD

PNY has launched its latest high-capacity solid state disk (SSD), the PNY CS900 960GB. It is the fourth expansion of the PNY CS900 family of SSDs, and the largest, offering almost one terabyte (TB) of space at a price that is affordable to consumers.

It guarantees exceptional speed and performance, with reading speeds up to 535MB/s and writing speeds up to 515MB/s.

The CS900 960GB is an ideal choice for consumers seeking a high-performance, high-capacity entry-level SSD upgrade from the standard hard disk drive (HDD) on their computer or laptop. It is designed for easy and cost-effective HDD replacement in existing PC systems and will help deliver faster boot times, quicker application launches and superior system performance.

The CS900’s shock proof, lightweight design makes it highly portable and durable, with a three-year fixed warranty period. With no moving parts, it is also less likely to experience mechanical failure than HDD, meaning users can rest without fearing sudden breakdowns and potential data loss.

The Product Manager at PNY EMEA ‘Storage technology has evolved a great deal in a very short time period. A few years ago, it would have hard to imagine a consumer-friendly SSD providing a storage capacity close to a terabyte. That’s why we are very proud to introduce the latest addition to our CS900 SSD family. The CS900 960GB satisfies the ever-growing need for more storage, more power and better performance with an efficient, high-performance SSD, and we’re confident our customers will put it through its paces.’
