I would avoid Phantek if possible, their items my look/perform good but their after-sale service is appalling.
I was told to make an actual video of the CPU cooler installation because they were sure I was doing it the wrong way even though I had sent them countless pictures of the whole process.

Of course I told them to bugger off when they asked me to make a installation video, I have been putting together PC's for 20 years and had RMA for items worth a lot more where no questions were asked, let alone pictures or a freaking video!

Never again.

The blocks look s@#t hot. Any links to performance data? Hilbert are you planning to review these?

Hi there

Their after sale is one of the best in my view, few months back I bought Phanteks Enthoo Primo and this case come with broken top panel(bloody shipping company) and I asked seller if he can send me top cover, he said no way and I need to contact Phanteks

Phanteks send me top panel without the question, just asked me for invoice and I got my panel within few days and for free

Similar has happened with other case from Coolermaster and I needed to pay for any broken panel, with Phanteks this has been so easy, plus they replaced my window as well

Regarding yours Phanteks CPU cooler, I know some coolers are very hard to install, which one did you used? PH-TC14PE?

Best mounting have Noctua, Thermalright or Cryorig in my view, but with Thermalright first time too you can struggle to install this CPU cooler

Hope this helps

Thanks, Jura

I have to agree. I own their Evolv Enthoo ITX case and managed to accidently break the windowed side panel (tripped over it while working), so I emailed them asking if I could buy a replacement directly from them. They responded right away with an invoice and I think I ended up paying around $30 total, which was a lot better than rebuying an $80 case plus shipping for one part. The last time I had something break on a case the manufacturer basically told me that they only sold fans and I'd have to buy a whole new case.
