The Palit RTX 4060 Dual non-Ti graphics card has surfaced in a German retail listing, making it available to consumers prior to its scheduled release.

The first listing pertains to the Palit RTX 4060 Dual non-Ti, which bears several similarities to its RTX 4060 Ti counterpart. The card employs a dual-fan cooling solution, with anticipated specifications matching those of the Ti model. Despite announcing both versions concurrently, Palit has yet to update their website with specific information about the non-Ti variant. At this stage, the only available detail is the product code, "NE64060019P1-1070D", which is linked to this graphics card.

German store GalaxUS has the Palit RTX 4060 non-Ti model listed for €339, a slight increase from the €329 manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the European Union as stated by NVIDIA. This €10 price markup is common for early releases, though it is not yet determined whether this GPU from Palit is factory-overclocked, a factor that would influence its classification as an MSRP or non-MSRP product.

The non-Ti RTX 4060 model is expected to have the AD107-300 GPU, comprising 3072 CUDA cores and fitted with 8GB of GDDR6 memory via a 128-bit memory bus. It possesses 1280 fewer CUDA cores than the Ti variant, along with a marginally reduced memory speed of 17 Gbps, compared to 18 Gbps. Importantly, NVIDIA does not intend to launch a 16GB variant of the non-Ti model, reserving this specification exclusively for the Ti model slated for release in July.
