Nvidia is now thinking about using Intel as a contract producer for its graphics chips. This was confirmed by the corporation during negotiations with partners and investors.

The firm already works with companies like TSMC and Samsung. Intel might be recruited as a partner to provide supply chain flexibility. Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, then said that it was about fostering diversity and reducing redundancy. Intel is a fantastic partner, and they are presently considering whether to expand their existing cooperation into the foundry sector. Nvidia approached Intel because they were interested in such a deal.

Intel is now significantly growing its capabilities in this sector, including directly in Europe and Germany. Analysts also inquired whether Nvidia was concerned that Intel would access critical data for its own graphics products. Huang then said that they already work closely with Intel and have always exchanged information with the manufacturer ahead of time. There are no risks here because such collaborations are common in the IT business.

It remains to be seen if Intel and Nvidia's collaboration will truly intensify. As a result, Nvidia may find itself in a better negotiation position with TSMC and Samsung.
