NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Specifications Surface (kinda)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Specifications Surface (kinda)

If there's one place where tech specs leak, it's Chinese ChipHell. This time they found a GPU-Z screenshot showing the GeForce GTX 760.  According to ChipHell, NVIDIA is launching the product with a GK104 GPU with 1152 Shader processors, the memory bus and raster operations are kept original. If you do the math that would boil up towards 96 TMUs, 32 ROPs, and thus a 256-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface.

The card that is showing in the GPU-Z screenshot shows a 1072 MHz core, 1111 MHz GPU Boost, and 7.00 GHz memory. Mind you that everything you see on that screenshot could be wrong, faked and what not.

Looks promising, great specification it is.

Only the build quality/looks is what spoils it. No metal/brushed metal or alluminium...

Surely 144hrz needs like an average of 5ms or something to not see any ghosting? They all advertise latency of like 1 or 2 but when they get tested, in reality they're more like 20 or even worse.

For a cheap price these monitors have to sacrifice somewhere, ghosting, colours, bleed through, lack of ports, viewing angles etc etc.

I remember getting a 120hrz monitor that advertised at 2ms and I saw mad ghosting, in reality it was around 40ms, I had to turn it down to 60hrz just so the ghosting became less noticeable, though I refunded it.

The best monitor I've ever had was a Dell 27 inch IPS, much better quality, no gimmicks and you get about as much latency from it as you do from cheap gimmicky ****.

I really enjoy my recent Dell IPS, best display I ever had for gaming, even when you compare it to the best 120Hz gaming displays.
I even got another IPS for watching tv and gaming via my XBox.
