MSI Interceptor DS4100 GAMING Keyboard

MSI Interceptor DS4100 GAMING Keyboard

A keyboard that has been around for a while now has been reinserted into the channel as standalone SKU. For 30 to 40 bucks, not a bad deal either. The Interceptor DS4100 Gaming Keyboard comes with Extra Slim and Light Design. Integrated Wrist Rest Design. Multimedia Hotkeys. 19-Key Rollover. 7 Colors Backlighting.

Initially this SKU was intended to be dundled with MSI's gaming all-in-one computers. It'll be a standalone SKU now as well. Integrated hand rest prevents wrist injures during long gaming sessions. Light weight and thin body design: Thickness: 1.8cm, Weight: 620g, Easy for user to carry. By pressing Fn key with other keys, DS4100 provides below useful functions.

  • Extra Slim and Light Design
  • Integrated Wrist Rest Design
  • Multimedia Hotkeys
  • 19-Key Rollover
  • 7 Colors Backlighting
  • Braided Wire and Gold-plated Connector

The Interceptor DS4100 is no mechanical board (stay tuned here for that), but at $39, you can't expect Cherry-switch keys. Still, this membrane-key-switch board delivers a lot for the cash, including reasonably comfortable, quiet typing action and customizable backlighting that you can switch up by pressing the big, triangular dragon key in the wrist rest.

  • Keyboard Interface USB
  • Normal keys Standard 104 keys
  • K/B Dimension 452 * 201 * 18 mm
  • K/B Weight 620g
  • Type Wired Membrane Keyboard

Doesn't really look gaming. Flat keys, wrist rest. Numpad though is highly needed for working gamers, especially programmers.
