Earlier, LG announced the 42-inch organic EL TV LG OLED Flex that can vary the curvature in 20 stages. With the included remote control, an organic EL TV may be adjusted in 20 steps from a flat surface to a maximum curvature of 900R.

More details are now shared including an order date. You may create the ideal viewing environment based on the viewing distance, installation location, and content, such as a flat surface while viewing with a group of people, such as a family, and an immersive curved surface when watching a game from a short distance.

It is possible to display higher brightness and pure colours than typical organic EL TVs by merging LG's proprietary video engine "9 Gen5 AI Processor 4K" with cutting-edge video algorithms. Furthermore, with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a reaction speed of 0.1ms, it allows high-speed drawing and may be utilised as a gaming monitor. Furthermore, a "game optimizer" that modifies the image quality and sound quality mode based on the game genre, a "switching hub button" that allows you to operate the TV and PC with a single keyboard and mouse, 27-inch, 32-inch, 42-inch, and multi-view displays are available. A screen switching function is included.

LG OLED Flex has a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels, a tuner that is BS 4K/110 degree CS 4K x 2, a terrestrial digital (CATV pass-through) x 3, a BS digital TV broadcast/110 degree CS digital broadcast x 3, a front speaker that is 20W x 2, a woofer that is 20W 2, a network that supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, and it comes with webOS.

The stand has a -5 to 10° tilt adjustment and a 140mm height adjustment. The body measures 937 mm broad, 297 mm deep, and stands 614 to 754 mm tall, weighing 22.6 kg. The release date is January 18, 2023, and reservations will begin at a price of 3099 USD.
