JBL releases powered monitor speaker 4305P with wireless connectivity
Harman launched the "4305P" powered monitor speaker with wireless connectivity. In addition to Bluetooth, the network has Wi-Fi and conventional LAN capabilities, as well as a streaming engine.
As a result, the network audio capability is compatible with both wired and wireless connections. Furthermore, by combining a 192kHz / 24bit high-resolution DAC and a bi-amp drive system that controls units in each band individually to deliver power, you may enjoy music with great accuracy and wide dynamics.
The driver unit is outfitted with a 133mm diameter pulp cone woofer "JW130P-4" and a 25mm diameter ring compression driver "2410H-2" + HDI horn, and the amplifier is a 300W class-D power amplifier. The frequency response is 45Hz to 25kHz, with inputs including XLR / phone, AUX (3.5mm), USB Type-B, optical digital, Ethanet / Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.1.
The main body measures 210 mm wide, 235 mm deep, and 336 mm tall, and it weighs 6.6 kg for the primary speaker and 6.4 kg for the secondary speaker.

300 Watts for two 5" drivers?! Sounds like complete overkill, unless the drivers are woefully inefficient or the amplifier specs are completely fudged.
It's certainly ugly, looks like it came straight from 70's styling.

US$2,200.00. Yikes.
Yes, they are feature packed and all but for $2200 you can make a better system than these with all the features + extra.

appearances are deceiving.
there is no 300w RMS amp. each speaker is bi-amplified (one for bass one for treble) with the bass amplifier being more powerful. the total for each speaker is 150w with around 120w for bass and 30w for treble.
and for what it's worth horns are highly efficient and many speaker companies still use horn-loaded effects (like KEF, Tannoy, JBL, and Klipsch)
i would recommend for Gurus the JBL 305 ( $270pair ) small studio monitor
which is a bit cleaner looking and w/o the DAC & bluetooth (you can use your PC)

Thats unusual. They feature a horn. Still, JBL must know what they are doing and they look darn expensive.
Hold on, is that a horn?
